  • October’s S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices rose 2.2% y/y versus September’s +2.1% y/y.

  • Initial Jobless Claims for the week ending December 27th fell by 2K to 222K. Continuing Jobless Claims for the week ending December 20th rose by 5K to 1.728M.
