 October’s Unemployment Rate remained unchanged from September’s 49-year low of 3.7%. Non-Farm Payrolls rose 250K from September’s +118K. Labor Force Participation Rate rose to 62.9% from September’s 62.7%.

 October’s Average Weekly Hours rose to 34.5 from September’s 34.4. Average Hourly Earnings rose 3.1% y/y, their fastest pace in almost a decade, versus September’s +2.8% y/y.

 Q3 2018 Non-farm Productivity (prelim.) rose 2.2% from Q2’s +3.0%. Unit Labor Cost rose 1.2% from Q2’s -1.0%.

 September’s Personal Income rose 0.2% from August’s +0.4%. Personal Spending rose 0.4% from August’s +0.5%.
