    Document images, including: ID and appendix (including details of children), passport, driver’s license, incorporation certificates, court orders, signature specimen, bank documents, proof of source of funds, and correspondence records in any communication channel.
    Client profile, including: nature and structure of entities owned by the client, employment and family status, workplace, business details of the entity, occupation, residency, passport and issuing country, employer details, source of deposited funds, purpose of account opening, deposit frequency, investment horizon, liquidity needs, capital market experience, risk profile, account role (beneficiary, attorney-in-fact, controlling shareholder), relationship to account holder, status as politically exposed person (domestic/foreign), foreign branches, bank account details, country of birth, number of dependents.
    Financial data, including: provident funds, pension funds, study funds, account numbers, investment tracks, loans, management fees, salaries, current accounts, foreign investments, real estate assets (property details, ownership percentage, value), investment amounts, investment portfolio composition, bank rejections, expenses, investment objectives, life insurance policy amounts, financial situation.
    Clients’ financial status, such as: salary, pension, savings plans, provident funds, study funds, securities, foreign investments, real estate assets, mortgages, loans, regular expenses.
    Recorded calls, including information extracted from them (including video calls).
    Information available to us under law, including: state-held databases for identity verification and information from foreign databases regarding foreign politically exposed persons.
    Information from third parties: Tandem Capital may receive information from third parties when you join a service requiring ongoing data transfer to the Company, including financial data from licensed financial information providers you have authorized, under the Financial Information Services Law, 2022.

Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
