At the onset of the "Iron Swords" war, as our daily routines were disrupted and reality was shaken for all of us, the Tandem Capital team made a conscious decision not to stand on the sidelines. We joined forces with the Latet organization for a full day of volunteering, driven by a strong sense of mission and a deep desire to contribute to Israeli society especially in its most challenging moments. Throughout the day, we took an active part in Latet's emergency response efforts: We packed hundreds of humanitarian aid packages, including dry food, hygiene products, and essential supplies for families who had been evacuated from their homes. Working side by side with volunteers from across the country, we became part of an impressive logistical operation fast, efficient, and, most of all, full of heart. Beyond the physical work, the day served as a powerful reminder of our social responsibility, both as a business and as a group of individuals. We witnessed firsthand how solidarity and civic engagement are the true forces that hold our society together, especially in times of crisis. Our contribution may seem small in comparison to the scale of the challenge, but it is part of a vast chain of giving, connection, hope, and humanity.
